Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 6 – Services Policy – Order Delivery, Reschedules, Cancelations, Returns and Refunds
This section applies to Armed2Defend services including classes and/or gift certificates for services and/or classes. For clarity, this section applies despite any contrary terms in any invoice or purchase order.
Service Delivery:
The service time and/or class time will be agreed when scheduled. Armed2Defend reserves the right to modify the scheduled date and time. If the scheduled time is changed, then Armed2Defend will contact the customer via email, phone, and/or text message using the contact information provided.
Service Reschedules and Cancelations:
The customer can reschedule a scheduled service up to 72 hours from the service start time without any fees. Services that are cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours, of the scheduled service time have a cancellation fee. The specific fee is listed at the time of scheduling your service. The remaining balance can be transferred to a new service or refunded.
In order to cancel or reschedule a service, please use a link in the confirmation email for the scheduled service or please contact us.
Service Returns and Refunds:
Payments for scheduled services are non-refundable. Payments can be used to reschedule the service minus any cancellation fees as described in the Service Reschedule and Cancelations section. Service fees paid can also be transferred to other customers, other services, and/or other products. Please contact us to transfer services. Services cannot be refunded or returned after the service is rendered.
Section 7 – Physcial Products Policy – Order Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Cancelation
This section applies to Armed2Defend products that are physical goods. For clarity, this section applies despite any contrary terms in any invoice or purchase order.
Product Delivery:
Orders are shipped using carriers selected by Armed2Defend. The shipping fees you will be charged, if any, will be provided to you before you confirm your order. If we provide you with an estimated shipping date, the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed, and inventory shortages or events beyond our control could impact the delivery date. Armed2Defend is not liable for delivery later than the estimated delivery date, or for any loss, damage, or penalty you may incur from a delay in shipment or delivery. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, each Armed2Defend shop product will be delivered FCA delivery location (as such location is designated on the applicable order) (Incoterms 2010).
Product Returns and Refunds:
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, Armed2Defend shop products may be returned in their original packaging and condition (including all accessories and components provided) within 30 days of purchase. However, unless we tell you otherwise, you will only be entitled to a refund if we provide you with an item that does not match the product description of the item that you purchased. If that occurs, your exclusive remedy is to return the item in unused condition, in exchange for a refund. To begin the return process, please contact us. Return shipping instructions will be provided. Armed2Defend will cover the cost of return shipping and will refund your purchase price in full.
Product Order Cancelation:
Product orders can be cancelled and refunded without any penalty as long as the product has not been shipped. To begin the cancelation process, please contact us.
Section 8 – Subscriptions Policy – Returns, Refunds and Cancelation
This section applies to Armed2Defend subscription services. For clarity, this section applies despite any contrary terms in any invoice or purchase order.
Subscription Returns and Refunds:
Armed2Defend subscription services are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Subscription Cancelation:
Armed2Defend subscription can be cancelled based on the subscription agreement when you purchased the subscription. To begin the cancelation process, please contact us.
Section 9 – Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
